Sometimes emails get lost out there so, if after 24 hours you still haven’t heard from me and the message is not in your spam folder, please send me an email directly.
Now that you submitted your quote request, here’s what you you can expect.
STEP 1 – The Quote Process
Look for an email from me regarding your quote request within 24 hours.
In this email I will ask a few more questions so I can learn a little bit more about your event and what you are looking for. I will also ask for pictures of the event venue to help me dream up ideas!
Once you have provided the extra details and sent the pictures, I will start designing and putting together a quote for you.
During this time we may exchange a few more emails as I work out the details of the design and determine balloon colors and availability.
Once we have decided on a final design, I will send you a firm quote.
If this is your first time doing business with Inflated Dreams, you will receive an email invite to sign up for our customer portal or if you wish, you can get a head start and go create an account right away. This is where your quote, invoices and payment records will be available for review and collaboration with us. It is not mandatory, but definitely recommended. You will be asked to set a password upon first logging in.
You will have an opportunity to review and accept the quote here which will let me know you want to proceed. If you do not sign up for the portal, that’s okay, you will still get a link to review and accept the quote.
STEP 2 – Invoice and book the event
Once you confirm you are as excited as I am about it by accepting the quote, I will go ahead and send you an invoice.
Once the invoice is sent, you have 2 days to make payment for the non-refundable booking fee as detailed in the invoice or the invoice is void and the event date is open for anyone else to secure. On rush orders payment is usually needed within 24 hours (sometimes less) in order to ensure I am able to order balloons in time for your event. We will discuss this and the invoice will note the payment terms.
Once you have made payment, I will confirm the payment was received and that we are good to go and I will start to order supplies for your event!
STEP 3 – Follow up
I will reach back out to you anywhere from 3-7 days before your event just to ensure everything is still going as planned. You will also receive an automated reminder to pay the remaining amount of your invoice if it is not already paid in full. If we haven’t already established a time for the setup, we will do so now.
STEP 4 – Begin the balloon work
In order to make my setups go as quickly as possible, I pre-inflate as many balloons as possible. I start inflating balloons up to 3 days before the setup date so if for some reason you need to reschedule, you must let me know as soon as possible and no later than 5 days in advance of your setup date.
STEP 5 – The big day!
The day before, or the day of, your event setup I will reconfirm with you that I will arrive at the time we agreed upon to ensure someone will be there to allow me to access the venue. I will arrive with all the supplies necessary for me to complete your masterpiece! I will work as quickly and quietly as possible, but I do use an electric balloon pump which can be quite noisy (sorry).
STEP 6 – Teardown
If you are using any rental item (e.g, moongate, pipe and drape stand, backdrop, etc.), we will coordinate a teardown time for me to return and retrieve the items and sadly, pop all of those beautiful balloons I just spent hours inflating and making perfect! If you are not renting any of those items from me, it will be your responsibility to remove the balloons from your venue and discarding as appropriate.
STEP 7 – Relax and reflect at just how amazing your event was!
That’s it, we did it! Hopefully your party was a huge success and my balloons helped to make it a memorable event for you and your guests!
